Please come join us on behalf of the Connecticut Dog
Federation and its affiliate AKC clubs for this celebration of dogs. We
will be under the awning along the front of the building so we will have
lots of shade. The dogs will be presented to the public in a “meet me,
greet me” type atmosphere. The two sessions on Saturday will be from 9AM
to 12:00PM and 12PM to 4PM. On Sunday the sessions will be from 10AM to
12:30PM and 12:30PM to 3PM. You may sign up for a morning or afternoon
session on either or both days.
PLEASE WEAR YOUR CLUB SHIRTS!!!!!
Also, we ask that you bring a table to present your
dog(s) as well as your own chair and water for your dog(s). Space for
ex-pens is limited but has been available in the past. Drinks and snacks
will be available and Cabela's has a wonderful food court for those who
which to purchase their meals.
Please contact Lee and Roger at
or 860-663-1200 to sign
up. In addition to which session you want, please also let us know the
number of dog(s) and breed(s) you will be bringing.
PLEASE GET BACK TO US ASAP AS WE HAVE A SHORT TIME
PERIOD WHICH WHICH WE ARE WORKING. IF YOU HAVE ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS,
PLEASE GIVE US A CALL AND WE WILL BE GLAD TO HELP YOU.
If you cannot attend a full session but can be there
for part of the time, let us know. You would be very welcome!!! Remember
that purebred dogs and their breeders are becoming increasingly under fire
from the animal rights activists and this is a wonderful opportunity to
present your breed to the public! In the past our reception has been
wonderful with everyone from people looking for a die-hard hunting breed
to those searching for a family companion asking all kinds of questions
and showing lots of support and interest in purebred dogs. Please come
join us and show your passion for your breed!!
